This book Auriculotherapy Manual: Chinese and Western Systems of Ear Acupuncture by Terry Oleson is the most popular book and combines information on Chinese and French systems of ear acupuncture to offer treatment plans for over 250 medical conditions. The ear reflex points presented in this handbook are based upon extensive research conducted at the UCLA Pain Management Center. This text provides a standardized auricular nomenclature system for designating different anatomical zones of the ear. Each ear reflex point is represented by both a number and an auricular zone location. There are lots of diagrams of ears showing you the location of the different points of the different styles, which can be a bit overwhelming and confusing for the newcomer. If you are experienced in this field and/or need to know this level of detail on ear acupuncture, this is the book for you. This is a great book that belongs to the library of anyone interested in or practicing acupuncture and auriculotherapy. |
